We're looking for a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist with at least 2 years experience, who is passionate about men's grooming, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. We provide a modern barbershop experience where every guest receives more than just a haircut. From hot towels and neck shaves to personalized consultations and styling, we focus on creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.

What You'll Do
- Perform men's haircuts and skin fades
- Provide beard trims and detailing
- Straight razor neck shaves (training available)
- Recommend professional products when appropriate
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Encourage rebooking and repeat visits
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Work as part of a team to keep the shop looking its best
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Licensed Barber or Licensed Cosmetologist
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Comfortable cutting men's hair
- Positive and coachable
- Friendly and professional
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working weekends
- Team-oriented
- Detail-focused
- Interested in long-term career growth
Straight razor experience is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person.
